Normally a vaginal yeast infection is a fungal infection. Vaginal yeast infection is commonly known as ‘candidiasis’ which are very normal in women’s lifestyle. Vaginal yeast infection is very common in women’s life. Almost every woman has to experience vaginal yeast infection once in their life.

So applying coconut oil in the internal area in the vagina can be very effective.

◾4. Reduce sugar and sodium consumption.
